AIRPORTS, ROADS, AND PORTS
Valley International Airport has been restored to full power and its normal flight schedule has resumed.

The phone lines along with the Flight Information Display System are still not working, but we are updating the website which is www.flythevalley.com with new information as we receive it.

The Port of Brownsville will remain closed until further notice. For more information, you can call 1-877-944-4885.

CLINICS
All clinics at South Texas VA Health Care Center in Harlingen and McAllen Outpatient Clinics will reopen with normal operating hours on Monday.

Call the weather advisory hotline number at 1-866-560-6773, extension 16202 for up to date information on clinic operating hours.

Veterans are advised to have a week supply of prescription medications. Continue to call the Telecare hotline at 1-888-686-6350 for health-related concerns or questions.

The Rio Grande State Center/South Texas Health Care System are reopened as of Monday. All areas of service or open and the facility is now accepting patients. It is located at 1401 Rangerville in Harlingen.

Operation Lonestar is offering people free health screenings and physicals. Blood work, dental work, check-ups, and immunizations are also available.

SCHOOLS
TSTC Update: Classes and full operations of all service and support offices of the college will resume Monday, August 4. Phone, utilities and Internet services have been fully restored to the TSTC Harlingen campus.

Classes at UTB/TSC will resume Monday, July 28. (Click here to see class schedule adjustments.)

UTPA classes resume Monday, July 28.

Edcouch-Elsa ISD offices will re-open Monday morning.
